Facing the sunset on board your LodgeBoat, enjoy the mouthwatering dishes of Sébastien Pernin, our partner, Sébastien Pernin, French BBQ champion can set up his BBQ on your LodgeBoat and do some “show cooking” for you. Sébastien takes care of everything…even the dishes!!! Aperitif: kir hibiscus, goat cheese quesadillas and little vegetables.
Starter: Risotto of ceps, Serrano and wild Madagascar pepper or “homemade” rum-flambed shrimp with a touch of the islands.
Main course: Marinated chicken skewers, dried apricots and “homemade” mango chutney or Salmon steak cooked on a beech board, accompanied by an achard of seasonal vegetables or Pork cake with candied peppers and pineapple.
Dessert: Gourmet coffee or gourmet rum, accompanied by 3 seasonal desserts, cooked in front of you and selected by our chef.

With the electric boat of the Chuuut explorers, you can go for a Zen ride with your family, all on your own. Have you taken something for a picnic on your Black Pearl of the day. You’ll sail to the entrance of the port passing not far from the bird island. Aspiring sailors will even be able to hold the helm, under the watchful eye of their parent captains for the day. Sailing along the coast is a different and original excursion with the stunning Gruissan as a backdrop. Your group will enjoy the captain’s commentary and anecdotes about the cottages on the beach, the marina and so on. You’ll enjoy the aerial ballet of the gulls circling the boat.
